Gaining Leverage Over Self for Lasting Change

The simple concept of “leverage” has the power to get you more time, better fitness, career or business success, financial control and relationship satisfaction. Despite these benefits, however, most of us don’t utilize leverage as much as we could. Understanding how leverage works is the first step in expanding your opportunities, satisfaction and overall fulfillment.  During this session, Ross and Dr. Justin will discuss:

  • Mindset - There is NO try only DO!
  • Eliminating Limiting Beliefs.
  • Beating Negativity Through Positive Affirmation.

No Fear Approach to Cancer

I will be busting the myths on cancer, and explaining how not to stress about the situation – it’s a symptom of the body adapting to environment.  We will review how we get the best results and how the 3 T's tie into cancer just like every other symptom out there.  There’s no need to fear someone coming to us with a cancer diagnosis.  That's why I got into this:  I'm sick of people fearing the C word.  The world success rate over 5 years is 2%.  This is unacceptable!  I want The Wellness Way's to be WAY higher than that, and it comes from proper testing and changing the environment.  I will also share testimonies on patients I have and am working with, and what it means to help them find strength again.

CBD and the Endocannabinoid System.

The endocannabinoid system—named for the plant that led to its discovery—is one of the most important physiologic systems involved in establishing and maintaining human health. Endocannabinoids and their receptors are found throughout the body: in the brain, organs, connective tissues, glands, and immune cells. With its complex actions in our immune system, nervous system, and virtually all of the body’s organs, the endocannabinoids are literally a bridge between body and mind. By understanding this system, we begin to see a mechanism that could connect brain activity and states of physical health and diseaseIn this session Dr. Mitch is bringing his expertise and speaking on:

  • How CBD Plays a Role in:
    • Inflammation
    • Immune system support

The Candida and Parasite Connection

Candida albicans is a fungus, a form of yeast, and is a normal part of a healthy digestive tract when it stays in check. It challenges our good gut flora to work more efficiently to keep us healthy. But candida is an opportunistic organism, meaning that if the conditions are ripe, it will overtake the good bacteria and have a party in your digestive tract, causing you some undesirable symptoms such as weight gain, brain fog, fatigue, achy joints, gas, bloating, sugar cravings, nail fungus, and yeast infections. What’s more, human parasites are usually associated with yeast infections and Candida.  In this session, Dr. Sampson discusses:
